what a circle actually is.
a room inside framed minds. Your circle is a real space on the platform — its own home, its own conversation, its own gatherings and prompts. Private if you want it private. Open to the wider community if you'd rather grow.
you hold it. we hold you. You set the tone, decide who's in, and choose the rhythm. We handle the platform, the tools, the safety infrastructure, and the questions you didn't know to ask about holding a room well.
the frame system underneath. Your people arrive with a shared language for what they're carrying. That's the part you can't build yourself, and it's the reason a circle here goes deeper than a group chat ever will.
This isn't us doing you a favor. Circles are how this community becomes real — and the people you bring arrive already trusting someone. That's worth more to us than a marketing budget.

We won't pressure your people. No one gets sold to inside your circle — if they go deeper, it's because the work earned it.
how it works
four steps, and none of them are a sales call.
tell us about your circle
Who your people are, what you gather around, and roughly how many. A few honest paragraphs, not a proposal. Every application is read by a person.
we set the room
If it's a fit, we build your circle: the space, the settings, the privacy you asked for, and a starting set of prompts shaped to your group.
bring your people
You invite them. They create free accounts and walk in. We'll give you an invitation you can send as-is, so you're not writing the pitch yourself.
gather, and keep gathering
The circle is yours to hold. We check in, share what's working in other circles, and stay reachable when you hit something you'd rather not handle alone.
what we ask of you
free, but not casual.
There's no fee. There is a threshold. Holding a room where people are honest about their inner lives is real work, and we only hand that room to people who understand what they're taking on.

Take the assessment and walk the Welcome Course yourself before you invite anyone. You can't hold this for others until it has held you. It's the same threshold we ask of everyone who builds Framed Minds.

A circle with no one tending it becomes another dead channel, and that costs your people something. We'd rather have five living circles than fifty abandoned ones.

Everyone follows the community standards. What's shared in a circle stays in it. And if someone is genuinely struggling, you point them toward real help — we'll make sure you know exactly how.

is it really free, or free for now?
Really free. Founding circles — the first twenty-five — stay free. Not a trial, not an introductory rate that changes at renewal.
We cap it at twenty-five because we're small and we'd rather support twenty-five circles well than two hundred badly.
what's the catch?
The honest answer: your circle brings people to Framed Minds who arrive already trusting you, and some of them will eventually want the deeper work. That's the whole business logic, and we'd rather say it out loud than pretend this is charity.
What it isn't: we won't market to your members inside your circle, we won't sell or share your group's data, and no one is required to pay anything to belong.
do my members have to pay?
No. Everyone you bring gets a free Framed Minds account, the introductory Frame assessment, and full access to your circle. Membership unlocks the full curriculum and deeper work with Echo — it's individual, optional, and entirely their decision.
can our circle be private?
Yes. You can run a fully private circle that's invisible to the wider community, an open one that anyone can request to join, or something in between. You choose at setup and you can change it later.
how big can a circle be?
We're starting with circles up to around fifty people, because that's the size where a room can still be a room. If your group is larger, tell us in the application — we'd rather talk it through than turn you away over a number.
what if we outgrow this?
Then we'll talk about a platform of your own — your branding, your assessments, your mobile app. Plenty of organizations should start as a circle and see whether the work lands before anyone signs anything.
who's behind this?
Framed Minds was built by a very small team around a single idea: you are not broken, you are framed. The Frame System draws on cognitive reappraisal, IFS, ACT, schema therapy, and attachment research, translated out of clinical language and into something a person can actually use on a Tuesday.

If the timing isn't right, we'll tell you honestly and keep the door open.
