Frames at Work · Teams
See how your team works, together
Every team has its patterns: the one who braces before a launch, the one who quietly fixes what broke, the one who asks why it has to be this way. A team map shows each person's two leading Frames, the spread across the team, and the pairs worth a conversation.

What is shared, and what never is
- Each person's name, lead Frame and second Frame. Nothing else.
- Never scores, answers, reports or Echo conversations.
- Anyone can leave at any time, and their place on the map disappears.
A team map is for conversation. It is never used to hire, select, rate or rank anyone.
what your team sees, and what it never does
- Each person shares only their display name and the names of their lead and second Frame. No scores, no reports, no answers. The host never sees anyone’s scores.
- Before you join, you see exactly what will be shared, and you press Join the team.
- Anyone can leave at any time, and their Frames disappear from the map.
- Never a hiring, screening, rating or performance tool.
Our Terms say so too: nothing shared through Frames at Work for Teams may be used to make or support decisions about hiring, firing, promotion, pay, performance or any other employment matter, and no one may ask you to join as a condition of work.
