the work comes first. Framed Minds exists to help people see the Frames they live inside — and step through them. Every person who builds this with us has taken the assessment and walked the curriculum themselves. Not as a screening step. As a threshold. You can't hold this work for others until it has held you.
we stay small. We are not assembling headcount. We are gathering a handful of people who can be trusted with something intimate — other people's inner lives. Small keeps us honest, and it means every person here shapes what this becomes.

We don't review résumés first. We review readiness. Everyone who builds Framed Minds — every clinician, educator, and holder — crosses the same threshold our members do. No exceptions.

This is not an application. It's an introduction. Tell us plainly who you are and what the work stirred in you — the curriculum will have given you the language.
We read every inquiry slowly, and we respond to each one. If the timing isn't right, we'll say so honestly and keep the door open.
