This agreement is between you and Framed Minds when you offer a paid Stillness session as a Stillness Keeper, or a paid gathering as a Circle Holder. We kept it short and plain. If anything is unclear, write to us before you accept.
What you offer
You offer sessions and gatherings that honor the Community Culture Pillars: safety, compassion, self-responsibility, inclusivity, gentle honesty, growth and confidentiality. Framed Minds is not therapy, and neither is what you offer here: no diagnosis, no treatment, no promises of outcomes. Paid sessions are reviewed before they are published.
Your share
- Stillness Keepers keep 60% of the price of each paid session.
- Circle Holders keep 80% of the price of each ticket to a paid gathering.
- Framed Minds keeps the rest and pays the card processing fees.
- Charging for sessions and gatherings is part of Navigator. If your Navigator membership ends, you can no longer offer new paid items, but everything you already earned is still paid to you.
When and how you are paid
- Each sale is held for 7 days (for a gathering, 7 days after it ends) so refunds can be handled. Then it is available to you.
- You choose how you are paid on your Earnings page. Through Stripe, each sale is sent to your bank automatically once it is available (US bank accounts). Or by PayPal, or another way we agree: request a payout of $25 or more and we send it within 5 business days.
- You are responsible for your own taxes. If we pay you more than $2,000 in a calendar year, we ask for a W-9 (or W-8BEN outside the US) before the next payout, and we may report payments as the law requires.
Refunds
- Every paid session can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase if it has not been played.
- Every gathering ticket can be refunded in full up to 24 hours before the gathering begins, and in full if the gathering is canceled.
- You may offer a kinder refund policy than this, never a stricter one.
- A refund, or a payment the buyer’s bank reverses, comes off your share of that sale. If it was already paid to you, it comes off your next earnings.
Your work
You keep the rights to what you create. You allow Framed Minds to host, show and stream it to members, and to use its title, image and a short excerpt to let members know it exists, for as long as it is offered and for members who already bought it. You confirm that you have the right to everything in it, including any music and images.
Changes and ending
We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before we change your share or these terms; earnings from before a change keep the terms they were earned under. You can stop offering paid items at any time; members who already bought a session keep it. We may remove an item, or end hosting, if it goes against these terms or the Community Culture Pillars.
