frame mirror
there's a reason you do that. the people who know you have seen it too.
Find out how the people closest to you see you, and where it differs from how you see yourself.
Navigator is $29 a month after 7 free days, and you can cancel before then. Explorer is free.
how it works
- 1
see yourself first
Take the free Introductory Self-Inventory. It maps the patterns you learned, the protections running beneath your personality. We call them Frames.
- 2
ask the people who know you
Friends and family, one person close to you, or your team at work. Each link asks a few short statements chosen for your own Frames, and one question you pick.
- 3
see where you meet and where you differ
Your top Frames up close, the one they see that you don't, and the words they used for you at your best.
an illustration, not real answers
the part of you that works hardest to be good enough is often the part others see first.
seen more by others: the drive to achieve. We call it the Performer Frame.
“the calm one when everything goes sideways.”
Explorer shows six Frames. Navigator shows all twelve, with Echo's reading of where you and they differ.
for the people you ask
- About three minutes. A few short statements about you. They tap how often each one is true of you.
- No account. They never give an email.
- Friends, family and teams are anonymous, even to you. Nothing shows until three people have answered (four for a team), and never who said what. When you ask one person, they know you'll see their answers.
it starts with a Self-Inventory. it doesn't end with a label.
Remember who you are beneath who you became.
