Long before we had words for it, we learned who to be. Many of our Frames were formed here — in family, in the early roles we played, in the love and the survival that shaped us.
This is a space to look at those origins gently. Not to blame, and not to relive — but to understand the stories we inherited, and begin to choose which ones we keep.
