about framed minds

we help people see why.

Framed Minds is a membership platform for people who keep noticing the same patterns in themselves. Personality tests tell you what you are. Framed Minds shows you what you learned: the protections running beneath your personality, and how to change the ones you’ve outgrown.

Members begin with a Self-Inventory, meet the archetype that tends to show up in them and the Frames underneath it, then do the work with Echo, a full library of guided courses, Stillness practice and a community walking the same road. On the web, and in the Framed Minds app.

Every course moves through the same four stages: Discovery, Focus, Clarity and Mastery.

our lens

your archetype is who shows up. your frames are why.

The part of you that braces before anyone speaks. The part that says yes before you have checked whether you can. We call these Frames: protections you learned, for good reasons, that still run when the room has changed. Because they were learned, they can shift.

personalityWhat are you like?

Traits you carry everywhere. Mostly stable. Useful for recognizing yourself, and that is where it stops.

archetypeWho shows up?

The pattern people see in you this season. Your report names it from your two most active Frames, and it moves when they move.

framesWhy does it show up?

The protections underneath. Your Self-Inventory maps them, and the rest of Framed Minds helps you understand them and choose differently.

what’s inside

one place for the whole journey.

It starts with a Self-Inventory. It doesn’t end with a label. Everything after it is built to help insight turn into a different way of living.

01

self-inventories

The free Introductory Self-Inventory maps six Frames in about five minutes. The Full Self-Inventory maps all twelve and returns a detailed report, with your archetype and the Frames beneath it.

02

echo

A reflection guide that knows your Frames, your archetype and where you are in your courses, and meets you any hour of the day with questions, reframes and the next small step. You can type or talk. A companion for self-awareness, never a therapist.

03

guided courses

Forty-eight courses, four for every Frame, from first noticing a pattern to living beyond it. Practices, reflections and worksheets you complete right in the lesson.

04

inner cartography

A deep-dive intake and a sit-down with Echo that draws a map of your whole Frame landscape. Past maps stay with you, so you can see how it changes.

05

bridges

See where your Frames meet someone you’re close to: where they protect each other, where they collide, and where connection can deepen. Every Bridge begins with the other person’s yes.

06

stillness

A library of guided meditation, breathwork, sound and grounding practices across eight categories, matched to your Frames, plus sessions shared by Stillness Keepers.

07

circles and community

A Circle for every Frame, Spaces to gather with people like you, the Exchange of Wisdom and gatherings hosted by Circle Holders. Witnessed, without performance.

08

frame spotting

A daily game of five short moments from everyday life: spot the Frame at work, alone or with up to four friends, and start noticing your own sooner.

09

growth points and rewards

Recognition for the work you put in, with ranks and badges along the way. No leaderboards, no comparison.

how we hold this work

the standards beneath everything.

one course standard

Every course is written and reviewed against our Course Creation Constitution: one voice, clear stages, careful claims and accessible design, before it ever reaches a member.

your inner world stays yours

You choose whether Echo can read your reflections, and you can see, download or delete your data whenever you like. We never sell it.

care, not diagnosis

Framed Minds is self-awareness work, not therapy or diagnosis. Community spaces are held with care, and every post is watched for kindness.

our story

why framed minds exists.

For seventeen years I poured myself into two things: a career I was proud of, and my family. I was the backbone, the one everyone leaned on. On paper I was thriving. Underneath, I was exhausted, carrying everyone’s expectations and drifting away from who I really was.

Then came a season of loss, and in the middle of it, the career I had given seventeen years to came to an end.

Therapy gave me language. Doing the work gave me the pattern. There was the part of me that made everyone’s problem mine to solve. We call it the Fixer Frame. And the part that held every plan together, so nothing could fall through. We call it the Controller Frame. Together they had made me the backbone. They were also wearing me down.

They were not proof that something was wrong with me, or with the cycles my partner and I kept falling into. They were protections I had learned, for good reasons. And because they were learned, they could change.

That is why Framed Minds exists: so that seeing your Frames does not depend on luck or the right moment. It brings structured Self-Inventories, a reflection guide, a full library of courses and a community doing this work together into one place, held to one standard: you leave more understood, never more labeled.

Remember who you are beneath who you became.

what we stand on

our core values.

awareness first

We can’t change what we’re not willing or supported to see. Seeing comes before changing, always.

reframing

We don’t erase your story. We help you see it from angles that open up compassion, choice and possibility.

community

Change deepens when we’re not alone. Bring your full self, not your polished one.

authenticity

We choose real over performative. The mess, the process and the tender parts are all welcome here.

empowerment

You already hold the power. Our role is to offer language, tools and support so you can remember that.

dignity

We honor the context you come from. Your dignity is non-negotiable, even when old stories say otherwise.
