    • Support and communications – emails, forms, survey responses, and other messages you send us

    When you use the Services, we (and our service providers) may automatically collect:

    Note: You don’t have to share sensitive personal information with us to use Framed Minds. If you do share it, we’ll treat it with care — but we recommend avoiding highly sensitive details in community posts and Echo conversations.

    4. Echo and AI processing

    Echo is designed to support your experience inside Framed Minds. When you use Echo, your messages (and limited relevant context needed to respond) may be processed by AI technology providers that help us deliver the feature.

    • These providers process data on our behalf and are expected to follow contractual and security requirements.
    • Echo interactions may be monitored for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, safety, and quality improvement.
    Important: Please do not share highly sensitive personal information in Echo conversations (e.g., passwords, full financial account numbers, full government IDs, or confidential employer data).

    5. How we use assessment data

    Assessment responses and results are used to:

    • Provide you with results, summaries, and platform experiences related to your participation
    • Support your ability to track patterns over time within Framed Minds
    • Improve our assessments and learning experiences

    We may use aggregated and/or de-identified assessment data (data that does not identify you personally) to:

    • Analyze trends
    • Improve platform features and experiences
    • Support internal research and development

    We do not sell your personal assessment data.
